The Friends of the Australian National Botanic Gardens present Wake up with the Birds.

This is a wonderful opportunity to observe some of Canberra's amazing birdlife in the beautiful surrounds of the ANBG.

Stroll through the Gardens early on a Spring morning when the birds are nesting and are at their most active. Each small group is led by a knowledgeable guide.

If you wish, after the guided walk, stay on at the café, Pollen, for a drink and/or breakfast. (Please book and pay separately).

The gates open at 7.30am and walks leave from the Visitors Centre at 7.45am.

Some binoculars will be provided but bring your own if you have them.

Wear comfortable shoes and warm clothes.

Please note the event is not suitable for children under 8.

Cancellation: The tour will only be cancelled in extreme weather conditions.
